So How is User Experience Connected to User Impatience?

Providing good user experience is a big-big-big issue. Life is short, we don’t want to spend more clicks than necessary. Few-click landing pages, funnels, forms, newsletters, what have you makes us feel better, or does it? We are finite, and we know it every day, with every lovely spam, error message, blue death, complex navigation. Did you know that an average American spends a year on looking for lost things? And yes, 24 hours go for good old sleeping. (Holy maker, who on earth spends time on calculating such things?!)

Here’s a funny and personal illustration of being aware the importance of user experience integrated on and offline. Ario Jafarzadeh gives his snapshot presentation at Ignite Seattle, a geeky fun event on hacks, techs, backs, bones.
